Engineering Manager

Overview

Engineering Manager (or Senior Engineering Manager) to lead high-performing engineering teams with a strong product engineering and technical architecture background, including AI-native engineering adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering teams building scalable, reliable, customer-facing products.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development and AI engineering tools.
• Own engineering delivery for customer-facing products from discovery through launch and operation.
• Apply technical expertise in modern full-stack, cloud-native, and distributed system architecture.
• Build, lead, and retain high-performing engineering teams.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management or equivalent technical leadership experience.
• Strong experience building and operating customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka and/or messaging systems.
• Working knowledge of React and modern frontend development.
