Engineering Manager for a Salesforce engineering team, responsible for leading delivery, optimizing capacity with data, and aligning engineering execution with business goals.

What you'll do

• Build and take ownership of the Salesforce engineering team and drive excellence.
• Coach Scrum teams in Agile practices to support high-quality, consistent delivery.
• Define a technical vision that bridges business goals and technical execution.
• Manage complex integrations and partner to modernize the roadmap while reducing tech debt.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are scalable, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
• Translate requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders into technical designs.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risk assessments, and coordination across teams.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of overall engineering experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Proven Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions aligned to business needs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer science engineering or related experience required.
