What you'll do

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning, Apex, and integration techniques.
• Manage enterprise software projects focused on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Conduct business process modeling to optimize client service delivery.
• Use analytical thinking to identify and address client needs in Salesforce environments.
• Lead technical consultation efforts on emerging technologies and enterprise integration.
• Oversee project architecture and budgeting aligned to business model development goals.
• Create and deliver training materials to support technology implementation and adoption.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ability to implement technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration.
• Experience eliciting requirements and standardizing processes to improve outcomes.
