Sr. Developer - Enterprise Application Salesforce P 4B

Overview

Sr. Developer/Lead Salesforce Developer role focused on end-to-end design, development, testing, and operations for Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) in a modern DevOps/Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Own Salesforce product delivery in iterative DevOps cycles.
• Design and implement Salesforce enhancements across retail and investment management business for banking clients.
• Implement regional and global requirements and apply best practices to increase adoption.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms to create a unified client ecosystem.
• Develop and customize Salesforce communities/portals using Lightning components.
• Translate business needs into effective, scalable CRM solutions with other engineering and BA/testing teams.

What you'll need

• Relevant experience in Salesforce “click and code” development.
• Mandatory certifications for sales, service, and admin.
• Proficiency in Apex classes, including classes and triggers.
• Ability to build UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows (process automation, data manipulation, screenflows).
• Version control and CI/CD/DevOps experience.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
