Salesforce Senior Developer

Overview

Hitachi Digital is hiring a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, with ownership of technical delivery and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Salesforce developers, including task allocation and guidance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce.
• Ability to translate requirements with business and technical teams.
