Job description
Overview
As a Salesforce LwC Agentforce Senior Associate in PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, you’ll partner with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Manage Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client support operations.
- Develop training materials for Salesforce Lightning to drive user adoption and proficiency.
- Conduct business process modeling to optimize Salesforce integration within enterprise systems.
- Assess and improve business application consulting strategies using analytical thinking.
- Provide technical consultation for Salesforce administration and enterprise software integration.
- Support application software deployment to enhance IT infrastructure and technology administration.
What you'll need
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
- Ability to develop training materials to enhance team capabilities.
- Experience implementing technology solutions to optimize business processes.
