Overview

Senior Associate role focused on Salesforce solutions and client enablement across multiple Adobe/Salesforce platforms.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients on business process modeling and system integration strategies.
• Use Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance client service delivery.
• Develop training materials to support adoption of new technologies.
• Handle systems project management tasks aligned to client objectives and timelines.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Preference for at least one of: Computer and Information Science, or Management Information Systems.
• At least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) plus additional role-relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience developing training materials and implementing technology solutions in a client-focused environment.
