Salesforce LwC/ Agentforce- Sr. Associate

Overview

As a Salesforce LwC/Agentforce Senior Associate, you’ll work with clients to analyze needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training and support for seamless use of Salesforce applications.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Use Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Administration skills to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop training materials to support client understanding and adoption of new technologies.
• Support project architecture and budgeting to align with client strategic objectives.
• Manage systems project management tasks to support technology implementation.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Have at least 4 years of experience.
• Be proficient in oral and written English.
• Have experience in Lightning Web Components and Apex.
• Have skills in API integration and workflow automation.
• Use CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

Nice to have

• Preference for Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems as a field of study.
• Preference for Salesforce Certified Administrator, plus possible additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in crafting dynamic AgentForce workfows and AI-driven decision models.
• Experience in enhancing case-management workflows.
