Overview

Senior Associate role in PwC’s Technology Consulting practice focused on Salesforce OmniStudio work, including client engagement, implementation, and training for Salesforce applications.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize business processes and achieve strategic objectives.
• Use Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations.
• Provide technical consultation to support enterprise software integration.
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
• Create and deliver training materials for seamless software integration.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ability to breakdown complex business processes using analytical thinking.
• Experience implementing technology solutions in client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Preference for Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Preference for at least one Salesforce Certified Administrator, plus additional role-relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Developing training materials for Salesforce applications.
• Excelling in communication and teamwork within diverse teams.
