Senior Associate role focused on implementing and operating Salesforce Cloud solutions for clients, including integration, training, and technical support.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide technical consultation and support for seamless Salesforce application integration.
• Develop training materials to improve client understanding and utilization of Salesforce tools.
• Implement solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Manage systems projects and coordinate enterprise integration efforts.
• Use analytical thinking to inform insights and recommendations for business process improvements.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Preference for Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• At least one Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications listed).
