What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to align solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Use Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance client business processes.
• Develop and maintain project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations.
• Perform business process modeling to improve client workflows and system integration.
• Support enterprise integration and technology implementation projects.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Demonstrate Salesforce Lightning proficiency.
• Demonstrate Salesforce integration/training material creation for adoption.
• Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations.
