Job description
Overview
As a Salesforce Solution Architect at SailPoint, you will design and optimize the company’s Salesforce ecosystem and ensure CRM architecture aligns with global standards and business objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ).
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, high-quality technical architectures.
- Write and review Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design integrations and APIs to connect Salesforce with downstream systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on Salesforce platform architecture.
- Conduct architectural reviews for major platform enhancements to ensure security, scalability, and enterprise standards.
What you'll need
- Minimum 13 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven track record in solution design and Salesforce architecture.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and enterprise-grade third-party integration tools.
- Deep familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Role based in Pune.
- Hybrid work model: 2–3 days in the office.
- Required to interview in person.
