Associate Director - Salesforce

Overview

Lead end-to-end Salesforce managed services delivery for the Fluence Salesforce CPQ and CRM landscape. The role focuses on governance, stakeholder management, platform stability, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Own Salesforce managed services delivery against SLAs, KPIs, governance standards, and customer expectations.
• Lead production support, enhancements, release planning, deployments, and platform upgrades.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes.
• Act as the escalation point for operational, technical, and business-critical issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop delivery roadmaps.
• Lead service reviews, governance meetings, and executive steering committees.
• Drive automation, adoption, optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in Salesforce service delivery, application management, or account leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise Salesforce engagements and managed services programs.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, architecture, integrations, security, and data management.
• Experience leading global teams of Salesforce administrators, developers, analysts, architects, and QA resources.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, Salesforce release management, ITIL, and service management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Salesforce and ITIL certifications.
• Experience with large-scale global Salesforce environments.
• Experience in energy, utilities, renewable energy, manufacturing, or industrial domains.
• Experience managing Salesforce implementation, AMS, and transformation programs.
