Lead Enterprise Architect (Salesforce Architect)

Overview

Lead enterprise Salesforce Architect responsible for designing, overseeing, and governing scalable Salesforce solutions across business units. The role combines Solution Architect and Technical Architect responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and analyze business processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance.
• Lead Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
• Architect custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and external integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, audits, workshops, demos, and presentations.
• Maintain a Salesforce platform roadmap aligned with IT strategy and product releases.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, design, implementation, and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in both Solution Architect and Technical Architect roles.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data modeling, integrations, migration, performance tuning, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical solutions to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
