Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow & AI Automation

Overview

Enterprise Architect focused on ServiceNow and AI automation for enterprise architecture governance and AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

• Support architecture governance processes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews and provide architectural guidance.
• Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for platform capabilities and modules.
• Design scalable ServiceNow-based workflows and governance processes.
• Evaluate AI technologies for use in architecture reviews, intake management, and compliance validation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation to reduce manual effort.

What you'll need

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture (or related roles).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem.
• Experience with enterprise governance, architecture reviews, and technology standards.
• Understanding of cloud architectures, integration patterns, APIs, and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

Details

• Hybrid role with an average requirement to work 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Joining the Enterprise Architecture team in Bangalore.
