Architect - Enterprise Application Salesforce P 4D

Overview

Design and deliver Salesforce solutions that support business functions, client requirements, and project objectives. The role focuses on Salesforce architecture, business process development, integrations, and implementation leadership.

What you'll do

• Design and build reusable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud touchpoint identification.
• Lead migrations of functionality and data from third-party applications into Salesforce.
• Gather requirements and create user stories and business requirements documents.
• Validate solution components and lead customer walkthroughs.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers.

What you'll need

• B.E., B.Tech, or MCA qualification.
• Experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solutioning experience on 2–3 large implementations individually or in a lead capacity.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, VS Code, and Oracle integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or Product Owner certifications.
• Experience migrating third-party functionality and data into Salesforce.
• Expertise with diagramming tools such as draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Data modelling capability, including ERD creation.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure for hybrid integrations.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
