Architect - Enterprise Application - Oracle N 4D

Overview

Architect-level role focused on designing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional solutions across enterprise business processes.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze CRM requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights/Journeys.
• Define workflows, forms, dashboards, business rules, and security access.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot defects, and support upgrades.
• Coordinate with users, developers, architects, integration teams, and project managers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in English at C2 level.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, data migration, automated testing, and change management.
• Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist certification for Oracle Cloud.
