We are hiring a Business Development Associate for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you’ll help drive business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales lifecycle. You’ll represent a company known for recruitment and IT services, and you’ll play an active role in expanding our reach across industrial and commercial sectors. Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Support lead generation activities, including market mapping, lead qualification, and data updates in CRM.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, service explanations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up, proposal submission, and closure support.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and achieve assigned targets through disciplined outreach and follow-ups.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant stakeholders to improve offerings and outreach.
• Represent the organization professionally at meetings and support networking initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Sales Skills, including persuasion, objection handling, and follow-up discipline.
• Strong interest in business growth, client engagement, and achievement-driven work.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead-to-close fundamentals.
• Comfort working in an OnSite environment and managing daily client-facing activities.
