About the Job

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and effectively pitching our company's services to close deals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends
  • Pitch company services and close deals effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
