We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving measurable revenue results. This is a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangements, where you will actively engage with prospects, nurture leads, and collaborate with internal teams to move deals from initial conversation to successful closure. Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end B2B Sales cycle—prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain Client Management relationships with corporate stakeholders to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
• Identify target accounts, generate leads through networking and outreach, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Deliver compelling product or solution presentations using excellent communication skills tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer requirements, proposals, and timelines.
• Track performance against goals, report progress regularly, and continuously improve sales strategy.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold strong business ethics in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Corporate Sales or a similar B2B-focused role (minimum of 0 and maximum of 1 year, if applicable to your profile).
• Demonstrated B2B Sales capability with confidence in handling prospect conversations and follow-ups.
• Strong convincing skills—ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections effectively.
• Experience managing client relationships, with a customer-first approach to long-term retention.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work OnSite, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a dynamic environment.
