A Business Development Executive (BDE) in an IT company drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. They bridge technical teams and customers to provide IT solutions, requiring strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to finalize deals.
*Required Skills*
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for persuasive, professional interactions.
Tools: Proficiency in (e.g., Upwork, Linkedin) and Microsoft Office Suite.
