We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, identifying and nurturing valuable client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of bidding platform(Freelancer and Upwork) and leverage it to identify and pursue relevant opportunities
• Proactively generate leads identify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, and online bidding platforms
• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals
• Provide exceptional client management services, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to BDE and business development management activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to online bidding and secure new projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Lead Generation skills to identify and nurture new business opportunities
• Proven track record in Sales and Business Development
• Excellent Negotiation Skills to secure favorable deals
• Proficient in Client Management and relationship building
• Strong understanding of BDE and Business Development Management principles
• Expertise in Online Bidding and knowledge of bidding platforms
