We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, identifying and nurturing leads, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative company that is helping offline businesses transition to the digital landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales and business development activities
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective prospecting and cold calling techniques
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication skills and client management
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions that address their pain points
  • Participate in negotiations and closing deals to secure new business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and provide insights based on market research
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM management tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of success in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM management
  • Proficient in sales techniques, including cold calling and telecalling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and business strategy skills
  • Familiarity with market research and reporting
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
