Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through sales and business development activities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and expand existing relationships
• Utilize convincing skills to effectively present our products and services and close deals
• Conduct telecalling to reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on sales progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent sales skills, including the ability to identify and qualify leads, negotiate, and close deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficient in telecalling and comfortable with cold outreach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and industry trends
