About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager or IT Services Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the North American (US) market. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, understanding their pain points and business challenges, and positioning our comprehensive IT services solutions to address their needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Engage with key stakeholders including CXOs, IT Heads, Delivery Managers, Procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Understand client pain points and business challenges
  • Position relevant IT services solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Sell IT services offerings including IT Consulting Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services / Cloud Migration, Application Development & Maintenance, Staff Augmentation, Offshore Development Center (ODC), Digital Transformation Services, Infrastructure Management Services, and Support Services
  • Maintain a strong understanding of North American market trends, competition, pricing, and buyer behavior
  • Identify emerging business opportunities in the US market
  • Track competitor offerings and market positioning
  • Work closely with internal delivery, pre-sales, recruitment, and leadership teams
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and solution decks
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT Services Sales
  • Strong exposure to North American / US market sales
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and account growth
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and consultative selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in US time zones when required
  • Proven experience in handling enterprise and mid-market accounts
