We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and secure new clients and partners
- Should have minimum 1-5 Years of experience into Domestic Hiring BDM
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to support the delivery of client projects
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and brand
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
- Proven experience in business development management, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of sales and business development best practices, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Proficient in recruitment and domestic hiring for the BDM role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
