About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for exploring and targeting new business leads and opportunities in the software, mobile, and web development domain, focusing on the US, UK, and Australian markets. You will be interacting with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand their software, mobile, and web development requirements, and manage the lead generation process through effective cold calling and email outreach.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and target new business leads and opportunities in the software, mobile, and web development domain
• Engage with CIOs, CEOs, CFOs, and other top-level decision-makers to understand their technology needs and requirements
• Manage the lead generation process through effective cold calling and email outreach
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth delivery of client projects
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and trends
• Contribute to data mining and market research efforts to build a comprehensive database of potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in business development, lead generation, and account management in the software/IT industry
• Proven track record of successfully closing new business deals and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in market research, data mining, and secondary research
• In-depth knowledge of web-based, mobile, and open-source technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and adapt to changing market conditions
• Willingness to work in a hybrid work arrangement, including occasional night shifts
