Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to identify and secure new clients
- Generate and nurture a pipeline of lead generation activities, including prospecting, networking, and account management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and analytics to support business development efforts
- Leverage your expertise in IT staffing sales to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster client management to drive repeat business and referrals
- Provide sales management oversight, including forecasting, reporting, and team coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in business development management
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on IT staffing or related industries
- Excellent lead generation and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and analytics, including digital marketing and data-driven decision making
- Proficient in client management and relationship building, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Effective sales management skills, including forecasting, reporting, and team coordination
