About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the bidding and proposal process, and building strong relationships with clients. As a key member of our business development function, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals
  • Conduct thorough market research, pre-bid analysis, and digital search to identify potential clients and projects
  • Manage the end-to-end tendering and bid management process, including proposal development, RFP response, and negotiation
  • Provide infrastructure consulting and technical expertise to clients to understand their requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to ensure high-quality proposal documentation and RFP submissions
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships and coordination throughout the sales cycle
  • Assist with letter drafting, bid search, and JV coordination as needed
  • Continuously monitor the market, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to the leadership team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Proven track record in business development and strategy
  • Expertise in digital search, pre-bid analysis, and tendering/bid management
  • Excellent understanding of the infrastructure consulting industry
  • Proficiency in proposal documentation, RFP preparation, and client relations
  • Skilled in letter drafting, bid search, and JV coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships with clients
