Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Lead BI efforts by partnering with stakeholders to convert metrics into BI requirements, dashboards, and reports, with AI embedded across the workflow—from requirement gathering to automation.

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders and functional teams to define BI requirements for analyses, reports, and dashboards.
• Use AI tools to speed up requirement gathering, summarize inputs, and draft documentation.
• Build interactive dashboards and AI-enhanced insights using Tableau (e.g., trend detection and anomaly flags).
• Source, structure, and process large datasets using Snowflake / Snowflake Cortex, including AI/scripting for data preparation.
• Automate and scale BI workflows using Python, SQL, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Advocate and implement best practices for AI-assisted analytics and dashboard development.
• Pilot and apply AI/ML techniques within BI tools (e.g., Tableau AI and Snowflake Cortex) to generate insights.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of data analytics or BI experience, including using AI tools to boost analytics productivity.
• Must-have experience developing interactive dashboards and visuals in Tableau.
• Must-have ability to manage and integrate data using Snowflake / Snowflake Cortex.
• Must-have proficiency in SQL and Python for automating, scaling, and optimizing BI workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical work experience.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for analytics, reporting, or automation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Slides.

Nice to have

• Tableau Desktop Certified Associate certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce reporting modules.
• Experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst in a technical support environment.
