Overview

Business Strategy & Ops Associate at PwC’s Acceleration Center India, supporting client engagements across strategy, operations, and customer service transformation.

What you’ll do

• Support client engagements by learning and contributing to deliver quality work.
• Design and facilitate tailored interventions that accelerate stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and engagement teams to co-design and deliver solutions.
• Specialize in Contact Center domain KPIs (AHT, FCR, NPS) and workforce management concepts.
• Contribute to transformation strategy covering operating models and digital/omnichannel service.
• Apply consulting and business analysis activities like business cases, workshops, journey mapping, and current-to-future state roadmaps.
• Support change enablement and transformation documentation using human-centered systems thinking and design thinking.

What you’ll need

• At least an MBA degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Use Agile methodology and team dynamics for project success.
• Demonstrate adaptability and intellectual curiosity in fast-paced environments.
• Facilitate change management with effective communication skills.
• Develop systems thinking and process facilitation for client support.
