C++ Developer

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on C++ Qt/QML Developer to build and maintain robust desktop applications for our Pune office. You'll work directly with our engineering team, translating requirements into polished, performant user interfaces and backend logic using modern Qt technologies.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain desktop applications using C++, Qt, and QML frameworks
• Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces with QML while ensuring clean backend architecture in C++
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into high-quality code
• Debug, optimize, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with C++ and Qt/QML in production environments
• Strong proficiency in C++ (modern standards preferred) and object-oriented design principles
• Proven experience building desktop applications with Qt and QML
• Willing to relocate to Pune and commit to 5 days a week, Monday–Friday on-site work (mandatory)

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform development (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of design patterns and software architecture best practices
• Experience with debugging tools and performance profiling
