Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive follow-ups and persuasive communication.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Engage with clients via calls, email, and chat to ensure consistent support across channels.
• Maintain detailed call records, daily reports, and CRM updates to track interactions and outcomes.
• Achieve individual and team targets, contributing to incentive-based goals and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of international calling experience (inbound/outbound).
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong listening skills.
• Proven ability in lead generation and follow-up to convert prospects into opportunities.
• Familiarity with multi-channel communication: phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Comfortable using a laptop/computer and maintaining a stable internet connection for remote work.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate call logging and reporting.
• Customer-centric attitude, resilience under pressure, and readiness to meet performance targets.
