Canada Tax NTR - Senior Associate

Overview

Support Canadian tax compliance and client service as a Senior Associate in PwC's Acceleration Center India, working on tax computations and client engagements across the Tax practice.

What you'll do

• Prepare simple and medium tax computations: T1, T2, T3, T5013.
• Provide day-to-day support to Senior Associates and Managers with delivery of tax computations and client service.
• Raise appropriate information requests to gather outstanding data from clients.
• Draft client correspondence (emails, letters, reports etc.) at relevant points throughout the compliance cycle.
• Focus on successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-oriented approach.
• Proactively own and manage your portfolio allocation; be flexible in working arrangements.
• Follow firm best practice and policy around the compliance process.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
• Share and collaborate effectively with others and create a positive team spirit.
• Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information provided by clients.

What you'll need

• 1-4 years of work experience in the same industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend instructions and take ownership of work entrusted.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
