Cash Application Specialist (Contract)

Overview

Cash Application Specialist (Contract) role focused on resolving cash application and related accounting queries and supporting month-end Accounts Receivable closing activities.

What you'll do

• Resolve queries related to cash applications, Accounting Requests, and Sales and Collectible issues with coordination to counterparts.
• Perform month-end closing activities for Accounts Receivable.
• Generate debit or credit notes as part of Accounts Receivable processing.
• Calculate and reconcile customer accounts.
• Handle customer accounts reconciliation to support accurate reporting.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong accounting background and attention to detail required.
• Understanding of the OTC cycle required.
• Ability to work different shifts in a 24/7 environment required.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
