Overview

Associate role in Finance and Accounting (F&A) focused on billing, invoicing and accounts receivable support for the I2C Master Skill List, based at Genpact's Noida office.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review and update customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections, including credits and rebills.
• Respond to email queries and requests from field teams.
• Support and drive metrics.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable Collection, Cash Application, Collections Management, Deductions Management.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level.

Nice to have

• Accounts Payable Certification (F-TecF-Tec).
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) (Professional School of Indian Banking).
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) (ACFE).
• Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (Corporate Finance Institute).
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (Microsoft).
