Overview

What you'll do

• Carry out day-to-day transaction processing for a specific process or group of processes assigned to the team.
• Meet the SLAs and assigned volume on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with and adherence to internal policies as per Internal Controls.
• Understand the overall ERP system and shared services system interfaces and processes, and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Ensure successful delivery of services and confirm the quality of service delivery.
• Discuss operational concerns, if any, with the team lead.
• Maintain good relationships and resolve issues through education and resolution.
• Record and analyse financial transactions, pay and receive invoices, maintain financial statement ledger accounts, and prepare analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

What you'll need

• Mandatory skills: accounts receivable, accounts payable, Excel, generation of invoices.
• Education: B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com or PGDM.
• 0-1 year of years of experience required.

Nice to have

• Preferred skill: finance operations.
