About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic organization. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in leading our financial strategy, ensuring the financial stability and growth of the company. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dharuhera, Rewari.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes
• Oversee taxation and GST compliance, ensuring the organization's financial activities adhere to all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Manage costing and pricing strategies to optimize financial performance
• Prepare and analyze daily and monthly management information systems (MIS) reports
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance across the organization
• Manage auditing processes and serve as the primary liaison with the company's bankers and financial institutions
• Provide legal and strategic counsel to the leadership team on various financial matters

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Expertise in taxation, GST, and financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of costing, auditing, and legal and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using financial software and tools to analyze data and generate insights
