Cisco Contact center engineer

Overview

Support and maintain Cisco contact center technologies, proactively monitor infrastructure, and resolve complex incidents, problems, and service requests.

What you'll do

• Monitor hardware, software, and network incidents across contact center technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco Unified Contact Center infrastructure incidents.
• Analyze performance logs to triage incidents and outages.
• Provide root-cause analysis and technical support for problem management.
• Implement after-hours technology changes, upgrades, and configurations.
• Prepare detailed change implementation plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal engineers, vendors, and Cisco technical support.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years of experience configuring, supporting, and upgrading the listed technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of UCCE, CUCM, Cisco voice and data gateways, and related contact center systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ITIL and change management processes.
• Flexibility to work shifts based on business requirements.

Nice to have

• UCCE Specialist certification.
• CCNP Collaboration certification.

Details

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Hybrid schedule: at least three days per week in the office and up to two days working from home.
• Full-time role.
• Working hours: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
