Senior Service Engineer - IT Infra and Cyber Security

Overview

Senior Service Engineer for IT infrastructure and cyber security, acting as a technical authority across security and core infrastructure platforms. The role involves leading secure datacenter integration and ongoing administration, incident support, and vulnerability/compliance management.

What you'll do

• Participate in the infrastructure architecture governance model.
• Support design and deployment of infrastructure solutions covering standardization, consolidation, TCO, security, regulatory compliance, and application quality.
• Provide ongoing administration and incident management support for core infrastructure technologies (network, security, virtualization, patching, monitoring, backups).
• Operate and maintain security tools.
• Run and analyze vulnerability and compliance scans for continuous monitoring, reporting, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure tasks follow applicable quality/process requirements including NER-CIP, NIST, IEC62443, ISO9001, and ISO27001.

What you'll need

• BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the IT and cyber security domain.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem analysis and problem resolution track record.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and change management policies and procedures.
• Technical hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco enterprise; VLAN, ACL, routing, VPN) and enterprise firewall equipment (Cisco ASA / Fortinet Fortigate / PaloAlto / CheckPoint or equivalent).
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory Services installation, configuration, and management.
