Clearing and Settlement Analyst

Overview

Process daily confirmations and settlements for global clients across FX, Rates and Credit derivatives products, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and exceptions are resolved.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely confirmation execution and trade settlement within a risk-controlled environment.
• Foster and maintain communication channels with internal and/or external teams to meet deliverables per standard procedures in a timely manner.
• Work together as a team to ensure all deliverables are met as per the SLA.
• Understand and effectively manage risks through timely and accurate escalation of key issues or anomalies.
• Follow up on exception items to resolution.
• Facilitate projects, group initiatives and exception processing resolution.
• Continuously look for opportunities to standardize and improve processes.

What you'll need

• Graduate preferably in Commerce/Economics.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Investment banking or hedge fund administration.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to identify and develop strong working relationships.
• Flexibility to work in shifts based on business requirement.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
