Client Coordinator

About the role

We're looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team at our Singasandra office. You'll be the backbone of client interactions, managing communications, documentation, and day-to-day coordination to keep our clients happy and operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Manage client inquiries and maintain regular communication via email, phone, and other channels
• Prepare and maintain client documentation using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Maintain organized client records and databases
• Support sales and client onboarding processes

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable internet browsing and research skills

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role
• Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role
• Familiarity with CRM tools or client management systems
