Clinical Rater (Germany)

Overview

Clinical Raters (and Senior Clinical Raters) oversee the integrity and reliability of endpoint data collected during CNS clinical trial study visits.

What you'll do

• Perform manual, independent reviews of clinical trial interviews and scale administrations to ensure scoring accuracy.
• Check interview quality and protocol adherence for recorded study visit activities.
• Maintain clear, reproducible documentation of review findings and scoring justifications.
• Align site intervention plans with protocol expectations.
• Senior Clinical Raters: participate in site performance clinical decision-making.
• Senior Clinical Raters: oversee targeted site interventions and rater remediation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years experience as a Clinical Rater, Central Rater, or Secondary Reviewer on CNS clinical trials.
• Meticulous attention to detail for clinical data evaluation.
• Background in quality control frameworks or trial QA workflows.
• Ability to interpret rater performance data for clinical decision-making.
• Ability to manage site-facing interventions constructively.
