Overview

Provides specialized clinical support and education to business teams and healthcare professionals (HCPs), within HCBG compliance, to meet business objectives.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical support to sales for defending or gaining new business at account level.
• Co-lead, with the sales representative, clinical/sales joint calls to discuss on-label scientific evidence and procedures for 3M products.
• Support sales conversion and in-service for 3M products.
• Deliver product clinical training to sales and marketing.
• Act as a specific segment expert.
• Execute local and regional programs to support sales and marketing campaigns.
• Present approved educational programs.
• Lead product acceptance and performance in clinical use.
• May actively participate in professional associations.
