Cloud Engineer, Specialist (Python, AWS)

Overview

Intermediate-level Cloud Engineer supporting and developing small to mid-size cloud-based projects. Works with Python and AWS to design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve cloud platforms while supporting teams and ensuring compliance-aligned security.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and deploy cloud platforms to meet business needs.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate hardware/software issues across multiple technology domains.
• Provide intermediate technical support and monitor multiple cloud platforms’ efficiency using monitoring tools.
• Maintain technical standards, knowledge of cloud infrastructure/software, and update departmental documentation.
• Administer systems via patching, routine maintenance, and backups including scheduling and execution of tasks.
• Troubleshoot cloud system issues by identifying root causes and implementing preventive solutions.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience (ideal candidate range) in relevant cloud engineering areas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, or cloud operations.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services and Python.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud-based databases and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Experience with cloud platform/application development.
