Cloud Platform Support Engineer III

Overview

Cloud Platform Support Engineer III to handle customer support cases across the Guidewire Cloud Platform and related on-premise environments.

What you'll do

• Act as a primary contact to research, address, and resolve support requests and cases.
• Document technical articles, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base content, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex system integration and custom configuration issues.
• Develop and maintain in-depth platform knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
• Provide customer and stakeholder support as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience working directly with customers or key internal partners.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Bash scripts and Terraform (plus).
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and load balancing concepts.
• Experience supporting Java web applications in a live production environment.

Details

• Based at Guidewire Bengaluru office with an in-office hybrid plan of 3 to 4 days a week.
• Supports customers using Guidewire Cloud, including customers in Japan.
