CloudOps Engineer III

Overview

Cloud Operations Engineer III supporting managed AWS cloud infrastructure for enterprise customers. The role owns complex operational environments and coordinates communication across customers, Professional Services, and CloudOps.

What you'll do

• Support managed cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Take ownership of complex, high-impact environments.
• Lead incident response activities.
• Lead change activity.
• Run governance and status meetings.
• Contribute to governance and status meetings.
• Drive issues to resolution using independent judgement and initiative.

What you'll need

• Senior-level cloud operations experience.
• Ability to work confidently and independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage incident response and change activity.
• Ability to take ownership of complex operational environments.
