Content and Programming Senior Manager, Global Events

Overview

Senior Manager who owns the content and programming engine for Harvey’s global events, especially FORUM.

What you'll do

• Curate the full event agenda, including session descriptions and talk tracks.
• Project manage the Harvey Product Keynote end to end with Product and Product Marketing.
• Source, manage, and prepare speakers from outreach through rehearsal.
• Partner with Customer Engagement to curate customer stories for on-stage content.
• Coordinate evening entertainment and activation programming aligned to the event narrative.
• Build and maintain programming systems, trackers, and playbooks.
• Analyze post-event data and feedback to inform future content and speaker decisions.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in events, content, or programming roles.
• Experience developing content for large in-person events (themes, session design, speaker curation).
• Experience managing speakers directly (outreach, scheduling, rehearsals, day-of support).
• Strong storytelling skills for senior stakeholders and attendees.
• Strategic and fast decision-making under ambiguity.
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, creative/design, and Leadership.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for session copy and talk tracks.

• Compensation listed as $122,400–$183,600 USD depending on location.
