Content Writer / Senior Editor to write and edit eLearning courses, manage projects end-to-end, and meet quality standards and monthly KPIs.
What you'll do
- Manage each course project from start to finish, including writing scripts and applying revisions.
- Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Organize and manage course documentation and version control.
- Use Gen AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to support research and content creation with factual accuracy and citations.
- Create, review, and edit course content in American English for clarity, conciseness, and engagement.
- Create video and audio scripts using storytelling techniques for different learning styles.
What you'll need
- Degree in English, English Writing and Grammar, English Journalism, or relevant education.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in content writing, journalism, educational writing, or related fields.
- Mastery of American English grammar, punctuation, and usage.
- Demonstrated experience in American English proofreading, editing, and content writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Grammarly, and Gen AI tools.
- Strong attention to detail across written and visual elements.
