Overview
Contracts Manager, APAC for Anthropic’s Commercial Legal team in Singapore. You will support commercial and technology transactions across the region by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and helping implement global legal strategy locally.
What you'll do
- Review, draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions.
- Support commercial and procurement contracting for enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners, including IP licensing agreements.
- Develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency.
- Streamline contract management processes, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Triage regional legal matters in coordination with in-region and lead counsel.
- Roll out process improvements, policy updates, and programs from global headquarters and run local enablement sessions.
What you'll need
- Substantive knowledge of software and SaaS agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and general commercial contract terms.
- Ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts.
- Experience managing the full contract lifecycle for technology transactions and/or sales organizations and/or partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Field of study relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

- Location: Singapore; commercial and legal operations in region (APAC).
- Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
